At least you’ve got a lot of time to get your license, because for us the students permit expires in a year so if you don’t get your license by then you have to do it all over again, but you can get your license just a month after the permit which I’m honestly going for
oo over here we only have three months so I’ve been avoiding getting that as well, like I’m still studying and whatnot but it’s pretty useless if I’m useless behind the wheel lol

it’s okay! I mean it’s not, like it’s about one of the only times I’ll say that I think life has totally screwed me over before I was even born or had a choice in this but ik it won’t last forever, hopefully, like one day I’ll have enough of my own money to go and take my mom with me, just gotta be brave until then

For the practical lesson I’m pretty sure they’re literally gonna take us off to the actual road and literally busy street right off the bat so I’m honestly equally terrified for that, but yes definitely worth it cuz I’ve been wanting to drive since before the pandemic started🥲
omg no I get nauseous just thinking about going for my official driving test, it’s been two years since I’ve started learning how to drive and my anxiety still makes the most of it smh
I do get that though, I really want to be able to drive and take myself places instead of needing to ask someone but it’s literally so terrifying being behind the wheel like gosh
being in your twenties still stuck in the house with your narcissistic father is so silly actually because I should not be this grown and still be this terrified of being alone in a room with this man
